Incredible Botswana
Stay a day, remember for a lifetime!
Botswana is probably our favourite African country. It is wild, spectacular, friendly.....and waiting to be discovered. It is the size of France but with a population of less than 2.5 million people, there is just so much space; unspoilt and impressive in its vastness.
Botswana prides itself on its management of tourists and ensures that the wilderness remains unspoilt and there for all to enjoy. Mass tourism? High skyscraper hotels? Not here! Nearly one fifth of the country is given over to wildlife parks so the sooner you start to explore, the better.

Botswana is building a reputation as an eco-friendly tourist destination where the entrance fees you pay to enter a wildlife park, stay wholly within the park itself. None of the fees are taken by the Government.
Botswana is home to the world's largest concentration of African elephants and the rare and endangered African wild dog. You can expect to return home with stories of a close (but safe) encounter with the Big 5 safari animals and share your experience of the friendly, local people.
The accommodation is varied and ranges from luxury safari lodges to campsites. There is a place to stay that will fit all budgets. The views beyond the tent flap or the lodge veranda are spectacular, massive, awe inspiring and free for all. Make sure you have a decent camera phone to capture the sheer majesty of it all.
