Beautiful Aruba
Awesome Aruba with bountiful beauty
If you’re looking for a perfect holiday destination, look no further than Aruba; known as the One Happy Island in the Caribbean. Aruba is much more than a beach paradise. It’s an island that will fill you with joy, peace and wonder.
Aruba like most of The Caribbean, has stunningly beautiful beaches. Soft white sand, clear turquoise water and gentle breezes which makes these beaches in particular, a perfect environment to kick back and completely relax. Eagle Beach with its ancient Divi Divi trees is uniquely tranquil and well worth a visit.
If you love nature and adventure, you can explore Arikok National Park , which covers 20% of the island. With its hidden coves and rocky cliffs along the rugged north coast you can swim, and cliff jump in the most beautiful surroundings. You can see cacti, iguanas and parakeets or even go horseback riding and hiking through the scenic trails.
Aruba has a rich and diverse culture, influenced by its Dutch, Spanish, African and indigenous heritage. You can learn about the island’s history at the historic sites such as the Fort Zoutman and the California Lighthouse, the latter having stunning panoramic views of the island and sea.

If you are looking for somewhere spectacular to dive and snorkel, you must do a boat trip. There are World War II ship wrecks to experience and if you go to the Antilla wreck, you don’t even have to dive. You can see a lot of it just by snorkelling: the bridge, the amidships and its diverse coral.
Fancy a fun night out? Then Oranjestad, the capital city, must be on your itinerary. You have to try the Keshi Yena. It is a dish of cheese stuffed with meat, raisins, olives and capers, baked until the cheese melts and forms a crisp crust. Yummm! After feasting on the local delicacies, clamber aboard the party bus and dance the night away while being driven around the island. Such fun!
